Event marketing specialist lists Vegas home for $2.5M

Robert Dondero and Mary Ann Dondero have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 9808 Winter Palace Dr. in Las Vegas for $2.5 million.

The Donderos bought the property for $2.495 million in Sept. 2005. The 5,567-square-foot house was built in 1998 in the Peccole Ranch subdivision in Southwest Las Vegas.

Mitchell Fulfer of Prudential Americana Group is the listing agent.

Mr. Dandero is an executive vice president at R&R Partners, an integrated marketing communications firm headquartered in Las Vegas. He's also worked with the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors' Authority.

He attended Mesa Community College and was drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 4th Round of the 1978 Major League Baseball amateur draft.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 22,844 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $120,280.
