Lighting company officer asking $3.3M in Henderson

R. Bruce Woollen and Barbara Woollen have listed for sale a five-bedroom, six-bath home at 38 Sankaty Circle in Henderson for $3.3 million.

The Woollens paid $2.865 million for the property in Aug. 2007. The 7,502-square-foot house was built in 2006 in the Anthem/MacDonald Ranch neighborhood.

Laura Worthington Realty Executives is the listing agent for the home.

Ms. Woollen serves on the advisory board of Women in Film in Las Vegas. She is also the vice president and co-owner of Cinelease Inc., a company that provides lighting and grip equipment to the motion picture and television industries.

She obtained a degree in communications, television and film production from Temple University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,280 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with median sales price of $190,000.
