Decker and Killian paid $436,000 for the property in July 2007. The 2,799-square-foot house was built in 1996 in the Great Spring Valley neighborhood.

Ms. Decker is a manager at CSC, a leading global consulting, systems integration and outsourcing company. He's based in Las Vegas.
