Gaming entertainment exec buys Las Vegas 4BD

Paula E. Eylar bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 1924 Alcova Ridge Dr. in Las Vegas from the US Bank National Association for $580,000 on Sept. 25.
US Bank National Association foreclosed on the property in April. The 4,113-square-foot house was built in 2004 in < a href="http://lasvegas.blockshopper.com/neighborhoods/summerlin" target= "_new">Summerlin.
Ms. Eylar is VP for technology & systems at Boyd Gaming Corp., a leading diversified owner and operator of gaming entertainment properties. She's also served as the VP for internal audit at Boyd Gaming.
Prior to Boyd, she was the director for internal audit at Rio Suite Hotel and Casino. She earned her bachelor's and master's degrees in hotel administration from the University of Nevada.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,215 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $130,855.
