Anesthesiologist spends $1.275M for 5BD in Henderson

Dr. Subha J. Vott and Shabnam Vott bought a five-bedroom, six-bath home at 2606 Stefano Circle in Henderson from JPMorgan Chase Bank for $1.275 million on Sept. 25.
JPMorgan Chase foreclosed on the property in July. The 8,293-square-foot home was built in 2001 in the Seven Hills Area.
Dr. Vott is an anesthesiologist with the Southwest Medical Associates Surgery Center in Las Vegas. He earned his M.D. from the UCLA-David Geffen School of Medicine
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,280 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with median sales price of $190,000.
