Brannon Zimbelman bought a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 1633 Himara Court in Henderson from Gregory G. and Sallee J. Melcher for $330,000 on Sep. 29.

The Melchers bought the property for $284,000 in Oct. 2000. The 3,937-square-foot house was built in 1995 in Greater Green Valley.

Mr. Zimbelman is the owner of Brannon Hair Products and Salons, and runs the Brannon Hair Salon at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. He's also operated a salon in New York City.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,280 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $190,000.
