UNLV instructional designer buys in Northeast

Christine E. Ditzler bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 8445 Frazier Park Court in Las Vegas from D.R. Horton, Inc. for $495,000 on Sept. 28.

The 4,285-square-foot house was built in 2006 in Northeast Las Vegas.

Ms. Ditzler is an instructional designer at UNLV. She is also an adjunct instructor at Drury University in Springfield, Mo. She was an assistant instructional designer at the University of Wyoming from 2002 to 2007.

She earned a B.A. in history and political science from the University of Maryland in 1994.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 22,844 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $120,280.
