Harpreet Brar and Kuldeep Brar have listed for sale a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 1130 Casady Hollow Ave. in Henderson for $300,000.

Brar paid $509,990 for the property in July 2005. The 3,388-square-foot house was built in 2003 in the Anthem/MacDonald Ranch neighborhood.

Vandana Bhalla is the listing agent of the property.

Mr. Brar is an owner of a 7-Eleven store in Las Vegas. He attended Panjab University and earned his master's degree in physics from Punjabi University in India.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,280 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $190,000.
