Robert Tarolla has listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 5927 Delonee Skies Ave. in Las Vegas for $359,000.

Tarolla paid $441,170 for the property in Nov. 2005. The 2,902-square-foot house was built in 2005 in Northeast Las Vegas.

Michael Rodriguez of Realty One Group Inc. is the listing agent of the property.

Mr. Tarolla is an expo services manager at Exhibitgroup/Giltspur, a marketing agency in Las Vegas. He earned his degree in business management from Triton College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 22,844 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales of $120,280.
