William Corney has listed for sale a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 10226 Ritornia Ave. in Unincorporated Las Vegas for $439,000.

James Croteau of Coldwell Banker Premier Realty is the listing agent.

Mr. Corney bought the property for $304,463 on Sept. 2003. The 2,139-square-foot house was built in 2003 at Sun Colony in Summerlin.

Corney is a professor in the Department of Management at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas College of Business. He has been on the UNLV faculty since 1976.

He worked for General Dynamics in San Diego, Calif. and later for Bendix Field Engineering Corp. in Freetown, Bahamas. He has also taught in universities in China, Chile, Russia and Italy.

He received his M.B.A. from Eastern Michigan University and his Ph.D. in management from Arizona State University.
