Ernest W. Moody bought a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 4381 Flamingo Road in Unincorporated Las Vegas from Palms Place LLC for $3.55 million on Oct. 29.

Unit #5702 is in the Palms Place at The Palms, which was constructed in 2007 and houses 599 units in 47 stories.

Mr. Moody is the founder and president of Action Gaming Inc., a Las Vegas-based casino gaming development firm.

He is also the owner of Mercedes Stables and co-principal of Playa Del Racing based in Indianapolis, which he joined in 2005. He was born in Elizabeth, N.J.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 6,687 condo sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $67,000.
