Alla V. Wartenberg and her husband, Danny, sold a four-bedroom, six-bath home at 26 Highland Creek Dr. in Henderson to Adrian Bratu for $1.4 million on Oct. 29.

The Wartenbergs paid $206,000 for the property in June 2000. The 7,462-square-foot house building was built in 2002 in the Anthem neighborhood.

Ms. Wartenberg runs a chain of Dolphin Court Salons & Day Spas in Las Vegas, where she was one of the youngest and original founders of the city's spa business. She also currently invests and sells commercial and residential land in Las Vegas.

Mr. Wartenberg manages Mr. Vertical and Best Buy Blinds, a high-end window covering and shutter manufacturing plant and retail stores.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 8,717 home sales in Henderson during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $328,895.
