IT specialist seals deal in Henderson

Sharon Edmoundson bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 75 Feather Sound Dr. in Henderson from US Bank National Association for $405,000 on Nov. 2.
US Bank National Association foreclosed on the property in September. The 2,513-square-foot house was built in 2000 in the Anthem neighborhood.
Edmoundson is the director of IT support services at Pinnacle Entertainment Inc., a developer, owner and operator of casinos and entertainment facilities in the Las Vegas Valley. It was established in 1935.
She attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 8,048 home sales in Henderson during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $328,895.
