David Yurovchak and Megan Yurovchak bought a four-bedroom, three-bath at 10043 Gold Thorn St. in Unincorporated Las Vegas from Wells Fargo Financial Nevada 2 Inc. for $355,000 on Nov. 10.
The 4,058-square-foot home was built in 2001 in the East of 15 neighborhood.
Mr. Yurovchak is a relationship manager at MetLife Home Loans in Las Vegas. He's also worked with Republic Mortgage LLC in Las Vegas.
Ms. Yurovchak is an account manager at Floor Designs of Nevada, a flooring company located in Las Vegas.
