Mr. and Ms. Biggers acquired the property for $401,860 in Jan. 2004. The 3,073-square-foot house was built in 2004 in the Bard/Central Enterprise neighborhood.

Bork is the marketing strategy vice president of the MGM Mirage. Prior to this, he worked as a marketing strategy executive director with MGM Mirage and advertising executive director at MGM Mirage Mississippi.

He's also served as a marketing vice president at Harrah's Entertainment, consultant at Accenture and account executive at Customer Development Corp. He earned his MBA from Pepperdine University and his bachelor's in finance from Bradley University in Peoria, Ill.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,704 home sales in Unincoporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $128,000.
