Dr. Ahsan Azim and Farahnaz Khademalrezaeian bought a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 8814 Big Bluff Ave. in Las Vegas from Lucrecia V. Sparks for $659,900 on Nov. 6.

Sparks bought the property for $925,000 in Aug. 2003. The 5,131-square-foot house was built in 1997 in the Greater Spring Valley neighborhood.

Dr. Azim is an internist in Las Vegas. He earned his M.D. from Dow Medical College of the University of Karachi in Pakistan.

He completed his residency in internal medicine with the Fairview Health System and Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies at Michigan State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,704 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $128,000.
