Dr. Milka C. Torbarina bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 7765 Washburn Road in Unincorporated Las Vegas from Pacific Woods Rentals LLC for $400,000 on Nov. 4.

Pacific Woods Rentals LLC foreclosed on the property in September.

The 3,027-square-foot house was built in 2004 in the Northwest Las Vegas neighborhood.

Dr. Torbarina is an assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Nevada School of Medicine. She earned her M.D. from Tufts University in Boston and completed her residency from the University of Southern California Medical Center.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,704 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $128,000.
