Lucas K. Shay and Johanna Y. Shay bought a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 10239 Vinces Lake St. in Unincorporated Las Vegas from Toll South LV LLC for $478,000 on Nov. 16.

The 3,310-square-foot house was built in 2006 in West Enterprise.

Mr. Shay has served as corporate counsel for E.I. du Ponte Nemours and Co. in Wilmington, Del.

He earned a M.S. from the University of Rhode Island in 1972 and a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois Medical Center in 1975. He earned his J.D. from the University of Tulsa in 1991.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,704 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $128,000.
