Dr. Jazmin Parcon-Sandoval and Edgardo Sandoval bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 7285 Rogers St. in Unincorporated Las Vegas from Wells Fargo Bank for $320,000 on Dec. 1.

Wells Fargo Bank foreclosed on the property earlier in July.

The 5,698-square-foot house was built in 1972 at Central Enterprise/Bard.

Dr. Sandoval is an obstetrician and gynecologist who has also served as member of the Philippine Medical Association of Wisconsin and the board of trustees of the Philippine Cultural and Civic Center Foundation in Milwaukee.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,704 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $128,000.
