Special education manager buys North Las Vegas 4BD

Karen Kricorian, Nubar Bart Kricorian and Adele Kricorian bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 7040 Manzanares Dr. in North Las Vegas from the Bank of New York for $330,500 on Nov. 16.

The Bank of New York foreclosed on the property in Aug. 2009. The 3,806-square-foot house was built in 2006 in the North Las Vegas West neighborhood.

Kricorian is a special education manager with the Nevada Virtual Academy in Las Vegas.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 11,943 sales in North Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $115,000.
