City of Las Vegas finance pro buys in Bard

Luann Kutch bought the three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 5185 Villa Vasari Ave. in the Unincorporated Las Vegas from Michael Mcclain and Robbie Mcclain for $320,000 on Dec. 8.
The Macclains acquired the property for $731,345 in May 2005. The 3,073-square-foot house was built in 2005 in the Bard/Central Enterprise neighborhood.
Kutch has worked as a financial analyst with the City of Las Vegas. Prior to holding that position, Kutch was a senior internal auditor at the City of Las Vegas.
She attended UNLV.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,680 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median price of $127,000.
