Web site owner buys in Unincorporated Las Vegas

Sonya Lane and Steve Lane bought a four-bedroom, three-bath at 7984 Rancho Destino Road in Unincorporated Las Vegas from Kristie L. Edelman, Erin Edelman and Wayne Henry Edelman for $365,000 on Oct. 29.

The 3,648-square-foot home was built in 1967 in the East of 15 neighborhood.

Ms. Lane is the owner and editor of Cauldron Living Inc., a Las Vegas-based operator of an online community and marketplace web sites.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,688 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $127,000.
