Vasu Sunil Kumar and Acharya Sudip bought a six-bedroom, five-bath home at 9577 Bella Citta St. in Unincorporated Las Vegas from The Bank of New York and Certificateholders Cwalt Inc. for $420,000 on Nov. 6.
The Bank of New York foreclosed on the property in Nov. 2008.
The 4,632-square-foot house was built in 2006 in the Mountains Edge/West Enterprise neighborhood.
Mr. Kumar is an independent import and export professional in Las Vegas.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,758 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $126,775.
