N.Y. consultant buys Las Vegas 5BD

Scott V. Seidewitz bought a five-bedroom, five-bath home at 8336 Paseo Vista Dr. in Las Vegas from Edward T. Molnar and Harriet Gamble Molnar for $385,000 on Nov. 10.

The Molnars paid $301,380 for the property in Feb. 1996. The 3,390-square-foot house was built in 1995 in the Summerlin neighborhood.

Mr. Seidewitz is a principal at The Seidewitz Group, a boutique consulting firm in New York. He's also served as the V.P. for strategic planning and branding at Powers & Associates and was also a brand manager at Procter & Gamble.

He attended the MIT Sloan School of Management and the University of Virginia.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 23,207 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $115,000.
