Realtors make a deal in Bard

Mary Preheim sold a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath at 4471 Villa Toscano Court in Unincorporated Las Vegas to Stellia and Jaime Yepes for $450,000 on Dec. 15.
Preheim paid $870,000 for the property in Oct. 2006. The 3,277-square-foot home was built in 2002 in the Bard/Central Enterprise neighborhood.
Preheim is a realtor at Realty Executives of Nevada. She previously served as VP of operations at Direct Access Lending.
She attended Utah State University.
Ms. Yepes is an associate at East Side Properties in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,771 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $126,250.
