Engineer lists Queensridge Place condo for $2.55M

Mustapha A. Assi has listed for sale a four-bedroom, 5.5-bath condo at 9103 Alta Dr. in Las Vegas for $2.55 million.
Assi paid $2.3 million for the property in Oct. 2007. The 4,792-square-foot Unit #1001 was built in 2006 in the Southwest Las Vegas neighborhood. It is part of the One Queensridge Place condominium development.
Shapiro & Sher of Prudential Americana Group are the listing agents of the property.
Mr. Assi is the principal at MA Engineering in Las Vegas, a structural engineering firm specializing in seismic analysis and structural behavior of buildings. He's also worked with Martin & Peltyn Structural Engineers in Las Vegas.
He earned his bachelor's degree in structural engineering from Columbia College.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,294 condo sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $60,000.
