Dannemiller works as a business manager at the Bechtel Corp., a global engineering, construction, and project management company. He's based in Las Vegas.

He received his B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Michigan in 1979.

Beck serves as the president at Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning in Las Vegas.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,552 home sales in Henderson during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $258,000.
