Peter Lik has listed for sale an eight-bedroom, six-bath home at 4 Sable Ridge Court in Unincorporated Las Vegas for $7.999 million.
Gavin Ernstone of Re/Max Associates is the listing agent.
Mr. Lik bought the property for $5,394,500 in Sept. 2007. The 9,568-square-foot house was built in 2005.
Lik is a landscape photographer and owner of Lik Publishing, which specializes in fine art photography.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 36,198 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $125,000.
