Toyota Bank exec buys Henderson 4BD

Jack E. Slattery and Darlene R. Gerson bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 14 Starbrook Drive in Henderson from David A. Cook and Marcia D. Cook for $711,000 on Jan. 8.
The Cooks paid $889,000 for the 3,600-square-foot property in May 2004. It was built in 2001 in the Anthem/MacDonald Ranch neighborhood.
Mr. Slattery is the director of risk management at Toyota Bank in Las Vegas.
He previously served as risk director at Dell Financial Services.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,556 home sales in Henderson in the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $180,000.
