Computer software pro settles in Henderson

Leo H. Annab bought a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 1248 Vietti St. in Henderson from Baton S. Brown and Carroll A. Beeson for $420,000 on Jan. 11.
Mr. Brown and Ms. Beeson paid $961,297 for the 4,462-square-foot property in Sept. 2006. It was built in 2006 in the Anthem/MacDonald Ranch neighborhood.
Mr. Annab serves as corporate senior vice president of global technical support at CA Inc., a multinational computer software corporation.
He holds a bachelor of science degree in engineering from the University of Toronto.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,540 home sales in Henderson in the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $180,000.
