Casino marketing exec buys Las Vegas 5BD

David A. Nearhouse and Linda A. Ptuyac bought a five-bedroom, two-bath home at 6317 Bold Regatta Court in Las Vegas from Roger Brenner and Janette Brenner for $300,000 on Jan. 19.
The Brenners paid $291,500 for the property in April 2004. The 3,313-square-foot house was built in 2004 in the Mountains Edge/West Enterprise neighborhood.
Ms. Ptuyac is SVP at Players Travel, a casino and travel promotion company in Las Vegas. She attended Cuyahoga Community College.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 36,196 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $125,000.
