Pharmaceuticals EVP buys Henderson 3BD

Dr. Rajesh C. Shrotriya and Chitra Shrotriya bought a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 41 Stonemark Dr. in Henderson from Gregory T. Pancirov and Cynthia M. Pancirov for $412,000 on Jan. 19.
Pancirov paid $438,515 for the property in Oct. 2003. The 2,614-square-foot house is in the Seven Hills Area neighborhood.
Dr. Shrotriya is chairman of the board as well as chief executive officer and president at Spectrum Pharmaceuticals Inc. in Irvine, Calif. He is also a member of the board of directors at AntaresPharma Inc.
Prior to Spectrum, he was EVP and chief scientific officer for SuperGen Inc., was V.P. for medical affairs at MGI Pharma Inc.
He earned his bachelor's degree in chemistry from Agra University in Aligarh, India and his medical degree from the Armed Forces Medical College in Poona, India.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,540 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $180,000.
