Dr. Mark Tadrissi and Heather Tadrissi have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 9425 Queen Charlotte Dr. in for $762,500.

Dr. Tadrissi paid $589,564 for the property in June 2001. The 3,963-square-foot house built in 2001 is in the Southwest Las Vegas neighborhood.

Florence Shapiro of Prudential Americana Group is the listing agent for the home.

Dr. Tadrissi is a general dentist with his own practice in Las Vegas. He earned his D.D.S. in 1996 from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, where he also completed his residency in advanced general dentistry. He earned his B.S. in physiology and neuroscience form the University of California at San Diego.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 23,316 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $113,700.
