PT's Pub owner asking $2.599M for Henderson 5BD

Philip K. Boeckle listed for sale a five-bedroom, six-bath home at 1607 Villa Rica Dr. in Henderson for $2.599 million.
Boeckle paid $2,450,000 for the property in Dec. 2004. The 8,170-square-foot house built in 2004 is in the Seven Hills Area neighborhood.
Tannie Luke of Realty Executives of Nevada is the listing agent for the home.
Mr. Boeckle was the former owner of PT's Pub chain in Las Vegas. He co-founded the bar in 1982 with his brother Tom.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,540 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $180,000.
