Colliers International officer selling for $1.05M

Grant S. Traub has listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 41 Candlewyck Dr. in Henderson for $1,049,990.

Traub paid $1.019 million for the property in Mar. 2007. The 3,374-square-foot house was built in 2003 in the Anthem/MacDonald Ranch neighborhood.

Alison Anderson of Realty Executives is the listing agent for the home.

Traub is a senior vice president for land division with commercial real estate firm Colliers International in Las Vegas. He's also worked with CB Richard Ellis.

He completed a bachelor's degree in agricultural business at CalPoly San Luis Obispo.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,540 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with median sales price of $180,000.
