Dr. Stephanie Chew and Alphonsus Loh have listed for sale a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 10559 Angelo Tenero Ave. in Unincorporated Las Vegas for $639,900.

Loh and Chew paid $575,000 for the property in Nov. 2007. The 2,309-square-foot house was built in 2001 in Summerlin.

Linda Gordon of Realty Executives is the listing agent for the home.

Dr. Chew is a dermatologist who has worked in Las Vegas and Salt Lake City.

She earned her M.D. from the University of New South Wales Faculty of Medicine in 1972.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 36,196 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $125,000.
