Kristen T. Boucher and Darren W. Boucher have listed for sale a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 2209 Lucerne Dr. in Henderson for $589,900.

The Bouchers paid $396,000 for the property in March 2004. The 2,849-square-foot house was built in 1985 in the Greater Green Valley neighborhood.

Rodrigo Iglesias of Sotheby's International Realty is the listing agent for the home.

Ms. Boucher has been the director of external relations at HealthInsight, in the hospital and health care industry in Las Vegas.

Mr. Boucher is the owner of Las Vegas Pet Resort, a full service daycare and boarding facility pets.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,540 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $180,000.
