James Karl Wichert has listed for sale a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 10138 Diving Duck Ave. in Unincorporated Las Vegas for $454,900.
Wichert paid $183,490 for the property in June 1998. The 2,978-square-foot house was built in 1998 in the Greater Spring Valley neighborhood.
Mia Paton of Spanish Trail Gmac Realty is the listing agent for the home.
Wichert is the owner and president of $1.99 Jewelry and Boutique Store Services, Teen Discount Zone, Discount Party Stores and Dollar Store. He started in the discount retail industry in 1992 when he opened the first dollar store in Las Vegas.
