Alan Lefebvre and Eileen Lefebvre bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath at 216 Florio Court in Las Vegas from Admir and Carol Mesalic for $350,000 on Jan. 21.

The Mesalics paid $436,401 for the 2,644-square-foot home in March 2003, the same year it was built in the Summerlin neighborhood.

Mr. Lefebvre is a shareholder and a member of the commercial and construction litigation practice group at the Las Vegas-based law firm, Kolesar & Leatham.

He received his bachelor's degree and his J.D. from University of California at Santa Barbara and from the University of San Francisco, respectively.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 23,316 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $113,700.
