Event production co. owner selling in Summerlin

David Pierce and Sonnia Pierce have listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath at 2268 Pine Forest Court in Las Vegas for $300,000.

The Pierces paid $183,600 for the property in Feb. 2007. The 2,441-square-foot home was built in 1991 in Summerlin.

Tamara Heidel of Keller Williams Realty is the agent for the listing.

Mr. Pierce is the owner of Creative Production Resources, an event management firm based in Las Vegas. He is also an executive producer at Victoria's Event Productions, a full service event production company.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 23,316 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $113,700.
