RD manager, toxicologist selling in Boulder City

Shane Snyder and Erin Snyder have listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath at 1402 Pueblo Dr. in Boulder City for $699,900.

The Snyders paid $677,900 for the property in April 2005. The 3,297-square-foot home was built in 1988 in the South of Adams neighborhood.

Sylvia Easterling is the agent for the listing.

Mr. Snyder is a research and development manager with the Southern Nevada Water Authority. He is also vice president of TES Inc. and an associate professor of aquatic science at Harvard University.

He holds a B.A. in chemistry from Thiel College and a Ph.D. in environmental toxicology from Michigan State University.

Ms. Snyder is director and principal toxicologist at Total Environmental Solutions Inc. in Nevada. She has also served as an associate graduate faculty member in the environmental and occupational health department of UNLV.

She previously served as an adjunct faculty member at Pennsylvania State University. She received a B.A. in biology from Thiel College and a Ph.D. in zoology and environmental toxicology from Michigan State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 223 home sales in Boulder City during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $205,000.
