San Francisco Giants centerfielder Aaron Rowand and his wife, Mairanne, have listed for sale a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 2975 American River Lane in Unincorporated Las Vegas for $2.65 million.
The 7,277-square-foot house was built in 2005 in the Willow Creek subdivision in Summerlin North.

Rowand, 32, will play in his 10th season in Major League Baseball this spring, and third with the Giants. He joined San Francisco before the 2008 season after a 2007 All-Star selection with the Philadelphia Phillies in his second season there. He spent his first five seasons in the league with the Chicago White Sox, where he manned center field during the team's run to the 2005 World Championship, the club's first title in 88 years.
Rowand is a career .280 hitter with 121 home runs and 481 RBI. He attended Cal State-Fulletton before he was drafted by the White Sox in the 1998 MLB Amateur Draft.
