Bart M. Kolber has listed for sale a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 45 Hunt Valley Trail in Henderson for $309,000.

Kolber paid $540,000 for the property in June 2005. The 2,076-square-foot house was built in 2003 in the Anthem/MacDonald Ranch neighborhood.

Nichole Lavigne of Prudential Americana Group is the listing agent for the property.

Mr. Kolber is a sales representative at Island Oasis, a producer of non-alcoholic cocktails and smoothies.

He attended Bucks County Community College and earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Temple University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,531 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $179,000.
