Brek K. Twelves and Christina F. Twelves have listed for sale a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 11408 Rancho Portena Ave. in Las Vegas for $469,000.
The Twelves' paid $373,145 for the property in Oct. 2003. The 2,790-square-foot house was built in 2004 in the Summerlin North neighborhood.
Kelly Stafford of Century 21 Moneyworld is the listing agent for the property.
Mr. Twelves is affiliated with Emcor Group Inc., a global leader in mechanical and electrical construction, energy infrastructure and facilities services.
Ms. Twelves is co-chair and director of financial aid and scholarships at Nevada State College.
