Kenneth R. and Audrey A. Davis have listed for sale a three-bed, 2.5-bath home at 9413 Sierra Summit Ave. in Las Vegas for $320,000.
David Torres of Coldwell Banker Premier Realty is the listing agent.
The Davises bought the property for $235,000 in June 2009. The 1,930-square-foot house was built in 1991 at Summerlin North.
Mr. and Mrs. Davis are owners of Ken's Auto Body Inc. in Port Orchard, Wash.
The house was previously occupied by Sherry Swensk, a weather anchor/environmental reporter for KLAS TV in Las Vegas.
