Alaska lawyer buys 3BD in Red Rock Country Club

Dennis M. Mestas and Inna McNeill bought a three-bed, 3.5-bath home at 2853 Red Springs Dr. in Unincorporated Las Vegas from Norma Ash for $382,500 on Feb. 9.
Norma and Robert Ash bought the property for $729,000 in Nov. 2006. The 2,508-square-foot house was built in 1999 at Red Rock Country Club at Summerlin in Summerlin North.
Mr. Mestas runs his own law firm in Anchorage, Alaska, where he specializes in personal injury, wrongful death, and insurance cases. Before starting his own law office in 1978, he worked for a major law firm in Anchorage during the construction of the Alaska Pipeline.
Originally from Northwestern Colorado, he moved to Alaska in 1974 after graduating from the University of Colorado Law School.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,844 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $123,500.
