Keith B. Glynn bought a five-bed, 4.5-bath home at 10692 La Crescenta Court in Unincorporated Las Vegas from Anthony Hsieh for $315,000 on Feb. 19.

Mr. Hsieh bought the property for $649,000 in Feb. 2005. The 3,885-square-foot house was built in 2002 in Bard/Central Enterprise.

Mr. Glynn works as a project manager for Zappos.com, a Henderson-headquartered online shoe shopping company.

He has also served the company as a facilities manager and worked in the launching of the company's distribution center in Kentucky.

Mr. Hsieh serves as Zappos CEO and general manager at Venture Frogs LLC.

He attended Harvard University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,844 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $123,500.
