Greg S. Goorjian and Patricia L. Goorjian sold a three-bed. 3.5-bath condo at 9103 Alta Dr. in Las Vegas to Betty Engelstad for $2.9 million on Feb. 10.
The Goorjians bought Unit #1702 for over $2.3 million in May 2008.
The 5,074-square-foot unit is in One Queensridge Place, a high-rise condo in Southwest Las Vegas.
Mr. Goorjian is vice president of marketing and sales for the One Queensridge Place project.
He played basketball for the Rebels at UNLV in college and was drafted by the Golden State Warriors during the 1983 NBA Draft but was eventually released.
He holds a degree in business administration with emphasis on real estate and finance.
One Queensridge Place, which was completed in 2007, is a two-story condo development that features 219 units on 18 floors. Phase 2 of the development will add two more towers.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,337 condo sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $60,000.
