Marketer sells Turnberry Place 2BD condo

Gerry Serino sold a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at 2747 Paradise Road in Unincorporated Las Vegas to James C. Wu for $389,000 on March 3.

Ms. Serino bought the condo Unit #2504 for $770,000 in Aug. 2004.

The 2,050-square-foot unit is in the Turnberry Place, a luxury condo development.

Serino is the owner of Serino & Associates Ltd., a marketing and advertising firm in Las Vegas.

She earned her B.S. and M.S. in psychology and business administration from NYU.

Turnberry Place, completed in 2002, houses 770 units in four 45-story towers.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 6,990 condo sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $65,000.
