Paul and Sanya Krumm have listed for sale a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath at 887 Shirley Lane in Boulder City for $489,900.

Bret Runion of Desert Sun Realty is the listing agent. The Krumms paid $296,500 for the property in July 2003. The 2,259-square-foot home was built in 1978 in the South of Adams neighborhood. It is located in the Nelson subdivision.

Mr. Krumm is president of the Boulder City Sunrise Rotary Club.
